This role involves working as a Senior Technician in an electromechanical engineering environment. Key responsibilities include testing, repairing and servicing of medical device equipment, planning the allocation of resources across the team to ensure efficient throughput of devices, and carrying out preventative maintenance programs to extend maintenance life and minimize downtime. The ideal candidate will have experience in electromechanical engineering or a related field, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.


Duties and Responsibilities

* Repair and Maintenance: The Senior Technician will carry out repairs and maintenance to medical device equipment, including testing and troubleshooting
* Team Leadership: The candidate will lead a team of technicians, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
* Predictive Maintenance: Carry out preventative maintenance programs to extend maintenance life and minimize downtime
* Communication: Communicate effectively with the site manager and technical maintenance manager


Salary and Benefits

A salary of £32,500 - £37,000 per annum is offered for this position, based on location in Stirling. In addition, Blue Arrow offers a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
