Medical Haematologist

In the NHS National Services Scotland, we are seeking a highly skilled Medical Haematologist to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a real difference in the lives of patients with haematological disorders.

About the Role:

• This LAT Specialty registrar ST3 position provides training in Haematology and integrates fully with the specialty training programme at an appropriate level.
• The successful candidate will receive an excellent introduction to the specialist care of patients with haematological disorders and malignant diseases along with the appropriate laboratory training.

Requirements:

• Fully qualified as a Medical Practitioner (MRCP UK) or equivalent.
• Completed 2 years of Internal Medicine Training Stage 1 competencies, Acute Care Common Stem – Internal Medicine, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in Haematology is desirable though not essential.
