As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care and support to children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and educational well-being.
  • Assist in creating a safe, nurturing, and structured environment that fosters positive relationships and encourages personal growth.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring the needs of each resident are met.
  • Participate in OFSTED inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of care and safety.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a children's residential home or a similar setting.
  • Familiarity with OFSTED requirements and inspections, with a strong understanding of safeguarding principles.
