About the Role

CleverHR is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Financial Services Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Financial Planner, ensuring seamless client interactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client queries efficiently, escalating only those requiring advice to the Financial Planner.
  • Record and monitor annual review dates, ensuring timely preparation and execution.
  • Coordinate and prepare for annual review meetings, guaranteeing no missed appointments.
  • Manage the Financial Planner's diary, booking meetings and providing necessary information to clients.
  • Keep clients and the Financial Planner informed of outstanding cases and technical queries.
  • Create and update client platform account records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Regularly review investment portfolios and platform accounts, addressing any discrepancies or necessary actions.
  • Ensure accurate data capture and entry onto the back office system.
  • Monitor and update policy/platform account records upon receipt of product provider correspondence.
  • Verify policy records for accurate valuations.
  • Record all client activity, including phone calls and emails, for audit trail purposes.
About You
  • You will possess financial services industry knowledge, experience, and qualifications.
  • Excellent writing and computing skills are essential.
