About the Role

Brook Street is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Customer Service Assistant to join their dynamic team for an initial fixed-term position of three months.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to their customer service operations while supporting various administrative tasks within the office.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

A competitive salary of £25,000 per annum (pro-rata) is on offer, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently process customer orders and ensure accuracy in documentation.
  • Act as a runner between departments, keeping files and dates updated.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with general office administration tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP is a significant advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A positive, confident attitude with a proactive approach to tasks.
