As a Prevention Administrator, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to assist the Prevention Department in delivering its Thematic Plans/Annual Assessment of Risk and Safeguarding requirements. This will involve coordinating safeguarding referrals, responding to multi-agency conferences, and maintaining electronic systems/diaries.
You will work closely with Fire Service Station Personnel and other Departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Your excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with the public and Fire Service personnel will be essential in this role.
We are looking for an individual with a strong background in safeguarding, who is able to demonstrate tact, patience, and courtesy when working with vulnerable groups. If you have experience working with child or adult safeguarding protocols, this would be a significant advantage.
The successful candidate will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check and will be provided with appropriate training to support their role.
