Be Part of Our Front of House Team

We're looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our Front of House team as a FOH Leader. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of front of house operations and work closely with our Managers to guarantee store success
  • Develop relevant skills and knowledge that can lead to management opportunities through our Training Academy
  • Work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends, with a focus on providing excellent customer service

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.44 to £12.20, inclusive of a weekly mystery shopper bonus of £1.50 per hour
  • Free food when you're working, and a 50% discount when you're not
  • Outstanding training and development opportunities, with over 85% of our Managers starting as Team Members
  • Grow with us and earn professional qualifications, including Apprenticeships Level 3
  • Earn an extra £5 when you start to work between 3am and 5am, and up to £200 cash when you successfully refer a friend
