We are committed to providing innovative fleet solutions to our customers, and we have invested heavily in advanced systems to support our growth. Our corporate vehicle hire operation has expanded significantly, and we now supply a large number of hire days to corporate customers.

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Rental Operations Executive to join our expanding rental operations team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our busy rental program and will be responsible for carrying out various operational duties to support colleagues in maintenance, logistics, and support.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Placing rental bookings for cars, vans, and HGVs with a wide variety of suppliers across the UK.

• Liaising with customers to resolve queries quickly and efficiently.

• Developing relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure business growth and expansion.

• Handling vehicle-related administration, including fines and damage.

• Managing the rental platform, including Epyx 1-Link and our own systems.

• Supporting the maintenance control team with downtime management and rental support.

• Acting as a point of escalation for customer service across the business.

• Managing the business-wide customer service systems.

• Working with colleagues to strengthen and develop relationships with our suppliers.

**Requirements**

The successful candidate will have:

• Excellent communication skills, including email etiquette.

• A clear, confident, and articulate telephone manner.

• Attention to detail, both written and verbal.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role or administrative role.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• A positive approach and a willingness to learn.

• Ideally, experience of the truck, van, and car rental industry.
