Site Operative Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and driven Site Operative to join our friendly team at CastleView Group. As a Site Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our site operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Decanting products and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Working closely with other team members, Site Managers, and Supervisors to ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment Policies
  • Monitoring the drying floor for smoke and triggering the alarm if observed
  • Assisting in hazard spotting activities and maintaining a safe working environment
  • Assisting with the loading and unloading of bins and skips, and working within the waste process as required
  • Using equipment to assist recycling processes as needed
  • Working closely with Fitters, Electricians, and Site Managers on plant maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient running of site operations
  • Cleaning and maintaining plant and machinery onsite
  • Communicating effectively with team members, Supervisors, and Site Managers
  • Carrying out general housekeeping duties
What We Offer:

Competitive hourly rate of £11.77 per hour

Full-time position with 40 hours per week and a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, including day and night shifts
