Job Title: Pharmaceutical Warehouse Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Warehouse Specialist to join our team at Quality Start. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of drug orders, maintaining a safe and clean working environment, and supporting our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Picking and logging/packing of drug orders for dispatch in accordance with run sheets and GDP.
  • Palletising and supporting Goods in/out.
  • Vehicle unloading/receiving products/parcels and waste management.
  • Supporting Consumable Counts and restocking.
  • Communicating with drivers and customer services on ETA's.
Requirements:
  • IT literate (Warehouse Systems experience, Excel and Outlook).
  • Excellent attention to detail and being highly organized.
  • Ideally a stores background in a GMP/GDP environment.
  • Forklift licence (Counterbalance/Reach Trucks).
Working Hours:

This is a part-time role working two days a week, Thursday and Friday, on a rotational shift. One week you will be working 6.00 am to 2.00 pm, and the following week you will be working 1.30 pm to 8.00 pm.

Pay and Contract:

The PAYE rate is £16.51 per hour, and this is a 6-month contract, which will be reviewed for a potential extension or go permanent, dependent on individual and business needs.
