This is a hybrid role where you'll mostly work from home, with the occasional visits to our local offices. Our goal at CityFibre is to create a broadband network that works seamlessly for everyone, every day.

About the Role

You'll be proactively working with our internal teams and external contractors on all things related to construction health and safety covered by the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.

Responsibilities
  • Managing and maintaining the CDM documentation process from pre-construction information (PCI) through to F-10, as well as any ongoing documentation such as the Construction Phase Plan.
  • Ensuring 3rd line assurance audits are maintained and managed in line with review timelines.
  • Completing internal auditing of our management systems.
  • Providing advice, guidance and support to key stakeholders and the wider team on CDM matters.
  • Continually reviewing process and system improvement opportunities.
  • Providing support and guidance to the wider team.
Your Expertise

We're looking for someone with strong CDM or SHE experience, as well as good working knowledge of CDM 2015.

  • Specialist experience guiding, advising, and supporting on CDM issues.
  • Experience delivering CDM based improvements in processes and policies.
  • NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
