About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional with recent involvement in 16 to 19 provision, including full awareness of policy and funding regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience liaising with key stakeholders, such as DfE, ESFA, Local/Combined Authorities/Mayors.

Key Responsibilities

">
  1. Liaise with DfE/ESFA's policy and funding division to drive the policy agenda and increase engagement within the 16 to 19 market.
  2. Increase emphasis on company policy and lobbying activities for 16 to 19 provision.
  3. Lead for the business on the Curriculum and Assessment Review (CAR).
  4. Promote the work of ITPs in the 16 to 19 landscape and help to raise awareness of their challenges.
  5. Oversee and co-ordinate the 16 to 19 Special Interest Group (SIG).

Required Skills and Qualifications

">
  • Recent involvement in 16 to 19 provision, including full awareness of policy and funding requirements.
  • Experience liaising with key stakeholders - DfE, ESFA, Local/Combined Authorities/Mayors.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills, listening and questioning skills.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience. The position also offers a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.
