Personal Care Specialist

Job OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Specialist to join our team. As a Personal Care Specialist, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live life to the fullest.
Salary: £13 per hour between 09:00am - 06:00pm, £14 per hour outside of these hours, double rates on Bank Holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and companionship to clients in their own homes
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and medication reminders
- Support clients with meal planning and preparation, ensuring dietary requirements and preferences are met
- Carry out light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Accompany clients to appointments, outings, and social activities as required
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or well-being to the Office Team
Requirements:
- Compassionate and empathetic nature, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Reliability and punctuality are crucial for this role
