We are seeking a motivated and passionate Personal Trainer to join our team at JD Gyms. As a Fitness Coach and self-employed Personal Trainer, you will have the opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic and award-winning gym chain.

As a Fitness Coach, you will be employed by JD Gyms on a part-time basis, working 12 hours a week, and will receive a monthly salary. You will also have access to our management career progression programmes, which will help you develop your leadership skills and prepare you for the next steps in your career.

As a self-employed Personal Trainer, you will have the opportunity to run your own business from the gym, with access to thousands of leads in the form of current members and new members that join on a daily basis. Our dedicated PT Business Support team will provide you with business courses, insight, advice, and coaching to help you build and run your business.

Key responsibilities will include engaging with members to ensure they receive a world-class member experience, upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, and leading gym inductions and teaching engaging group exercise classes.

In return for your hard work, you will receive a range of industry-leading benefits, including a contracted salary above the national minimum wage, annual leave allowance, and access to funded First Aid qualification and management development training programmes.

What You'll Need:

  • Level 3 (EQF Level 4) Personal Trainer qualification
