Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, balancing short-term wins with long-term strategy
  • Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to inform product decisions
  • Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to ensure successful feature implementation
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product
  • Manage the product backlog and write clear, detailed user stories
  • Act as the primary liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Stay abreast of music industry trends and competitor offerings
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in mobile apps or music tech
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
  • Proven track record of shipping successful products or features
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
  • Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with the engineering team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the music industry or with social media platforms
  • Knowledge of music recommendation algorithms and social network dynamics
  • Familiarity with growth hacking techniques for consumer apps
  • Understanding of app store optimization and mobile app metrics
  • Background in UX design or software development
