Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage assigned business areas in our vocational program, ensuring timely completion of production work and services.
- Serve as a liaison with community businesses and organizations to market our products and services.
- Prepare program areas for the day and work tasks, engaging individuals in productive work and/or purposeful training activities.
As a Production Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to utilize your creativity and business acumen to drive growth and program development. Our team is dedicated to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Requirements:We're looking for candidates with a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of professional experience in floral or a related field, and certification or proven work experience in their specialty area. Previous experience working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses is preferred.
