Contract Manager

Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead the provision of facility management services across multiple sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness, grounds maintenance, and caretaking services are delivered within budget.
The ideal candidate will have multi-site contract management experience within the facilities sector, with a proven track record of acquiring, managing, and retaining facilities management contracts. They will also possess full profit and loss accountability, with demonstrable experience of ensuring continuous improvement and growth while delivering business objectives.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the provision of facility management services to the highest standards, meeting client requirements and expectations within a multi-site facilities environment.
- Ensure continuous improvement and growth while delivering business objectives.
- P&L accountability for multiple contracts.
- Develop positive working relationships with all stakeholders.
- Ensure all duties and responsibilities are undertaken in full compliance with the relevant Health and Safety at Work Act.
