Contract Support Specialist

A career opportunity has arisen for a Contract Support Specialist to join our team in Wigan. This part-time role involves working 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and act as a central point of contact for various stakeholders.
- Issue and track work orders, updating relevant information on our database.
- Maintain accurate records of holidays and sickness.
You will be responsible for providing telephone support, answering calls professionally, and researching information as required.
We require you to draft and prepare documentation for invoicing purposes and collate paperwork to evaluate and produce draft invoices.
Your tasks will also include obtaining, organizing, and monitoring the use of materials and equipment, operating a CAFM system, and providing technical and statistical information.
In addition, you will be responsible for data inputting, archiving, arranging meetings, and undertaking day-to-day typing/administration.
This role involves acting as a central source of information, dealing directly with customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
You will need to ensure all technician paperwork is received by the office in a timely manner and maintain compliance records in line with statutory regulations.
The salary for this role is approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as 25 days' holiday, a holiday purchase scheme, and enhanced maternity and paternity pay.
