Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service and Administration: Provide exceptional customer service, handle office administration tasks, and ensure the smooth operation of the office.
  • Research and Procurement: Conduct research into the procurement of ingredients, develop relationships with partners, and support the procurement process.
  • Personal Assistant: Act as a Personal Assistant to the Founders and Managing Director, handling tasks such as booking flights, arranging visas, and organizing diaries.
  • Team Support: Support the needs of the team, promote a harmonious environment, and contribute to the success of the company.
  • Website Management: Assist with making changes to the website based on feedback and data, coordinate and report website issues with the developers, and support company event planning.
  • Marketing and Communications: Draft mailouts, support the organization and categorization of mailing lists, and report on activities.
Requirements
  • Location: Be able to commute to the office in Seend, Melksham, Monday to Friday.
  • Experience: Have 2 years of office-based work experience.
  • Skills: Be extremely well organized and efficient, able to juggle various activities, and prioritize important tasks.
  • Attitude: Be enthusiastic and energetic, with a strong desire to learn and grow with the company.
