About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Maintenance Engineering Senior Technician to join our team at Amazon TA. As a key member of our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and processes, working closely with our technical leaders to identify and implement improvements.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical disciplines, with experience in maintenance and repair of complex equipment. They will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring equipment performance and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime
  • Supervising technicians and providing guidance on maintenance and repair procedures
  • Collaborating with our technical leaders to identify and implement process improvements
  • Developing and maintaining documentation and records related to equipment performance and maintenance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in mechanical and electrical disciplines, with experience in maintenance and repair of complex equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical leaders and other stakeholders
  • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems and other technical tools
