We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at De Vere Latimer Estate. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their stay is memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
- Process payments, handle guest complaints, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and hotel operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
