Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled Planning Coordinator to lead the planning process for our service engineers, ensuring efficient deployment and optimal resource allocation. As a key member of our regional team, you will be responsible for coordinating with other departments to achieve exceptional service delivery results.

Main Duties:

  • Collaborate with regional technical management to identify performance improvement opportunities.
  • Utilise planning software to schedule customer calls and create service engineer job packages.
  • Maintain accurate records and produce regular reports to track progress.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in planning roles, preferably with field engineers.
  • Familiarity with bespoke planning software and its applications.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation Package: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
