The Workplace Consultancy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide comprehensive support to our partners and clients, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our partners, including organizing meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action points. Arrange travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, and restaurants. Raise invoices and credit notes as required.
  2. Client Management: Serve as the initial point of contact for clients, handling incoming calls and emails, redirecting as necessary to team managers, and ensuring timely responses. Onboard new clients, update internal records, and maintain software and procedures.

Requirements:

  1. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  2. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a polished and professional phone manner.
  3. Previous experience in an accountancy or financial services firm.
  4. Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.

Working Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
