Job Description
In this Academic Early Years Teaching Assistant role, you will play a vital part in supporting our pupils in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Your expertise in Read Write Inc. will enable you to provide targeted support to those who need it most, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer individualized support to pupils, using your knowledge of Read Write Inc.
  • Collaborate with teachers to create engaging and effective lesson plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and development.


Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a primary school setting, particularly with EYFS.
  • Training and/or experience in Read Write Inc.
