As a key member of the Laboratory Medicine department, you will work closely with Biomedical Scientists, Associate Practitioners, Clinical Scientists, Healthcare Scientists, clerical staff, and Medical staff to provide a diagnostic Blood Sciences service to the Trust.

Your responsibilities will include collecting, sorting, prioritizing, and processing of samples, specimen reception, and use of laboratory information management systems. You will also assist in the analysis of samples received for testing and store samples following completion of analysis into the appropriate storage system.
