Job Description

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our Solid Organ Advisory Groups and Retrieval Advisory Group. As Advisory Group Administration Officer, you will work closely with the Advisory Group Chairs and our Statistics and Clinical Studies Team to review and develop policies, assess outcomes, and work with partners and stakeholders to improve outcomes for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a key role in the governance of the Organ Tissue Donation and Transplantation (OTDT Medical Team Advisory Groups)
  • Prepare and distribute agendas and papers for biannual Advisory Group meetings
  • Compile and publish meeting summaries, minutes, and action logs
  • Coordinating and monitoring follow up actions arising from meetings

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Educated to postgraduate level or demonstrable equivalent experience
  • Demonstrates commitment to own continued professional development (CPD)
  • Experience of servicing formal meetings within the NHS or a healthcare setting
  • Supervisory experience
  • Experience of working in a regulated environment and use of Quality Management software

Estimated Salary Range

£30,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience
