Role Overview

The primary objective of all roles at Go Swag is to actively contribute to customer satisfaction, ensuring they return and recommend our services. Every position here is centered around enhancing our service quality. We are a dynamic organization, and your responsibilities may vary from day to day. As a Warehouse Operative at Go Swag, you will be integral to the efficient functioning of our warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including receiving, storing, and distributing merchandise, maintaining accurate inventory records, and adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Given the responsive nature of our organization, the duties associated with this role may evolve to meet our customers' changing needs. Below are the primary responsibilities you can expect:

  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
  • Organize stock in designated areas within the warehouse.
  • Accurately pick and pack merchandise for orders.
  • Prepare shipping labels and necessary documentation.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accuracy.
  • Ensure a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Follow health and safety protocols diligently.
  • Report any discrepancies in inventory or damaged items.

Team Dynamics

As a Warehouse Operative, your role is crucial in ensuring seamless warehouse operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting efficient order fulfillment. Reporting Structure

You will report directly to the Operations Manager and collaborate closely with fellow warehouse team members.
