Position Summary - UPS Glasgow
This role is responsible for the loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking of packages. The individual may operate heavy machinery to accomplish tasks. Additional responsibilities may be assigned in a dynamic work environment.

What you will receive:
  • 5 days per week, 5am-9am (20 hours) Tuesday to Saturday
  • £11.44 per hour (plus shift allowance of £2.51)
  • Learn and effectively apply UPS package handling procedures.
  • Load and unload UPS packages into trailers or delivery vehicles.
Your responsibilities include:
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
  • Capability to read and memorize postal codes.
  • Availability for flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills, with emphasis on speed and accuracy.
  • A flexible, approachable demeanor with a team-oriented mindset and a proactive attitude.
  • Initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Capability to accurately follow instructions.
