Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Supermarket Assistant. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments.
  • Restock shelves and maintain a clean and tidy store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and card transactions.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
