About the Job:

We are currently recruiting for a Requirements Engineer to join our Staffordshire-based team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a specialist engineering business, offering a competitive salary of £55-60k, plus 30 days holiday and a bonus scheme. The ideal candidate will have a Degree qualification in Electrical or Controls related subject, or a mechanical background with relevant experience.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Requirements Engineer, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and interpreting data and information. Strong written English skills are essential to produce high-quality documentation. Additionally, you will have opportunities to progress into either a Principal level Engineer or take on a commercial role in a strategic advisory capacity.
