About the Role

Carr Gomm is seeking a Relief Support Practitioner to join our team in Dunoon. As a Relief Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support with daily activities
  • Meal preparation and support with nutritional needs
  • Offer emotional support and companionship
  • Work proactively to prevent hospital admissions

Requirements

We are looking for caring individuals who can remain calm under pressure, welcome every challenge as an opportunity to shine, and have excellent communication skills. A driving license is preferred but not essential.
