About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team at Castlepoint Shopping Park in Bournemouth. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out various cleaning duties, including floor care, waste management, and restroom maintenance.
  • Support the trolley collection team as needed and ensure that all duties are carried out in accordance with our standards and policies.
  • Wear company-issued uniform and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • Assist with the public in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as directed by the Supervisor and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Person Specification

We are looking for a team player who is committed to delivering high-quality service and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
