Consultant Psychiatrist for CAMHS (Learning Disability)

Medacs is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team in Cambridge, England. As a Consultant Psychiatrist for CAMHS (Learning Disability), you will be responsible for providing expert care to children and adolescents with mental health conditions, including autism spectrum disorder, depression, and eating disorders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat children and adolescents with mental health issues and learning disabilities.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Conduct professional assessments and prepare reports on children and young people known to you.
  • Participate in medical audits and evaluations to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements:

  • MB BS or equivalent medical qualification.
  • Holds and will use a valid UK driving license OR provides evidence of proposed alternative.
