About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Rivendell View care home. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional care and a commitment to upholding our values of kindness, compassion, and courage. Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and assisting with meals
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as toileting and mobility
  • Monitoring and reporting any changes in residents' condition
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to care planning

Requirements:

  • GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
  • Previous experience in healthcare or a related field
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
