**About the Job:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Professional to join our team as a Medical Gas Trainer and Manager. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in installing/maintaining electrical/mechanical service systems, day-to-day management of medical gas systems, and practical experience in the operation and maintenance of piped medical gas systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Deliver training and development services for medical gas systems
  • Manage day-to-day operations of medical gas systems
  • Install and maintain electrical/mechanical service systems


**Requirements:**
  • A minimum of commercial or NHS Estates experience in installing/maintaining electrical/mechanical service systems
  • Experience in the day-to-day management of medical gas systems
  • A recognized Teaching or Internal Quality Assessor qualification (desirable)
  • Practical experience in the operation and maintenance of piped medical gas systems


**Salary and Benefits:**
  • £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
