Responsibilities:
- Spearhead acquisitions, portfolio growth, compliance, and team development.
- Deliver detailed financial guidance and ensure portfolio growth.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute brand strategies and maximise opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with franchisees, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Extensive lettings expertise with experience managing multiple branches.
- Proven track record in acquisitions, mergers, and portfolio expansion.
- Strong skills in business planning, budgeting, and team leadership.
- Proficient in compliance and risk mitigation within lettings and sales.
- Flexible and willing to travel, including overnight stays.
