Flo is seeking a highly skilled Content Design Lead to join our Health product teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a talented community of content and conversation designers in creating and delivering high-quality content for our female health audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of content designers and conversation designers in concepting, delivering, and scaling content for our female health audience.
  • Develop and implement content strategies that drive repeat, frequent engagement with our app.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content meets user needs and business goals.
  • Present work and learnings to the wider team and stakeholders.
  • Run ideation sessions and workshops to share knowledge and skills with other content creators.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading a team of content designers and conversation designers.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered content design principles.
  • Ability to prioritize delivery while playing an active role in developing the content design community.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in a consumer health app or similar environment.

  • Competitive salary range: £72,000 - £85,000 per year.
