About Us

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our Assurance and Innovation Division in the Adult Social Care and Public Health Directorate. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in transforming complex social care data into impactful and effective visual insights that drive business intelligence.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will lead our social care managers to data-driven decision-making by utilizing your PowerBI and coding skills. You will work closely with our team to deliver performance monitoring and reporting, leveraging a wide range of national and local data sources to provide excellent visibility of our performance and service user experience.

Our team is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable adults and carers in Richmond and Wandsworth. We are committed to delivering high-quality services, and we believe that data-driven insights are essential to achieving this goal.

About the Role

We are looking for a self-starter who is comfortable working individually and as part of a team. You will need to have a strong quantitative analytical background, with the ability to draw out key messages from large datasets. Excellent communication skills are also essential, as you will be working with non-technical stakeholders to explain complex data concepts.

You will have highly developed IT skills, including experience with SQL, R, or Python, PowerBI, and PowerQuery. Good project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across large organizations are also required.
