About Us

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our Assurance and Innovation Division. As a key player in our team, you'll be responsible for transforming complex social care data into impactful visual insights that drive business intelligence.

About the Role

You'll work closely with our social care managers to lead data-driven decision making, leveraging your PowerBI and coding skills to deliver performance monitoring and reporting. You'll also utilize a wide range of national and local data sources to gain excellent visibility of our performance and service user experience.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in helping us tell a story with our data, identifying areas for improvement, and driving service delivery excellence. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable adults and carers in Richmond and Wandsworth.

About You

  • You'll be a self-starter with a strong analytical background, able to draw key messages from large datasets.
  • You'll have excellent communication skills, able to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • You'll be proficient in using tools such as SQL, R, Python, PowerBI, and PowerQuery.
  • You'll have good project management skills, with experience working collaboratively with colleagues across large organizations.
