About The Role

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career in facilities management?

As a Facilities Team Leader at Hollywood Bowl Group, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance professionals to ensure the highest possible standard of equipment maintenance and facility upkeep across our centres.

You will be a highly motivated and hands-on leader who can work effectively with our centre teams to identify and resolve maintenance issues, ensuring that our centres are always clean, safe, and well-maintained.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in facilities management, working with a dynamic and ambitious company that is passionate about bringing families and friends together for affordable fun and healthy competition.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and motivate a team of maintenance professionals to ensure the highest possible standard of equipment maintenance and facility upkeep

Identify and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and effective manner

Work closely with centre teams to ensure that our centres are always clean, safe, and well-maintained

Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance and facility upkeep

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service

Experience of supervising a team and leading maintenance operations

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Good IT, literacy, and numeracy skills

Ability to plan and prioritize workload effectively

Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
