About the Role

As a Team Leader at Mecca Bingo, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated individuals to provide an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of customer-facing staff to deliver excellent customer service
• Ensure the venue is running smoothly and efficiently
