Job Title: Regional Site Manager

We are seeking a Regional Site Manager to cover Hull and the East Yorkshire areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all team members have appropriate PPE and adhere to site rules in line with the operational management plan.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulations, legislation, and company protocols.
  • Conduct monthly site evaluations and ad-hoc inspections to ensure workplace compliance and prepare reports in line with KPIs.
  • Develop annual operational plans and manage the schedule of activities for optimal site efficiency.
  • Ensure timely and professional submission of all reports.
  • Review and approve risk assessments and method statements.
  • Support quoting processes for field work in collaboration with the wind and finance departments.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in a technical or supervisory role.
  • Previous wind farm background.
  • Full UK driving license.
Personal Skills:
  • Attention to detail focused.
  • Organized and able to deal with change.
  • Able to manipulate data sets.
  • Microsoft office proficiency.
