About the Role:
Our client are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join their team in Hull. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding their client base within the region, developing strategic sales plans, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the senior management team to identify new business opportunities and deliver exceptional service to their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to achieve business objectives.
* Manage and grow existing accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities within the modular industry.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
* Deliver regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to senior management.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
* Lead and mentor a small team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
Desired Skills:
* Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role within the modular industry.
* Strong knowledge of the modular construction market and related products.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners.
* Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
* Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
