Front of House Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front of House Team Member to join our Exeter City Centre Premier Inn team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are prepared to a high standard.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to our guests, using our simple administration system to make your job easier.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, working together to achieve our goals and deliver excellent service.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of up to £11.79.
  • A permanent contract with a guaranteed 20 hours of work per week, spread across 5 days.
