Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are met. You will work closely with our R&D teams to develop and implement new manufacturing processes, utilizing your technical expertise to drive continuous improvement. Additionally, you will contribute to the creation of comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency across all production activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the entire production process, encompassing raw material receipt and quality control.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to design and execute novel manufacturing processes.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs to guarantee uniformity in production activities.
  • Maintain accurate records, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a science-driven organization.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex production processes and implementing quality control measures.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, both verbally and in writing.

Compensation: This role offers an attractive annual salary range of $70,000 - $90,000, based on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, opportunities for professional growth, and a dynamic work environment.
