Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to develop and implement a Trusted Assessor Framework for Health and Social Care in South West London.
In this role, you will create and refine standard operating procedures for equipment prescribed by Trusted Assessors. You will establish partnerships with training providers to ensure their programs meet the needs of South West London partners. You will evaluate the effectiveness of the Trusted Assessor Framework using outcome measures and report on key performance indicators. You will also gather feedback from residents to inform your work and adopt strengths-based approaches. You will provide direct support to trusted assessors through forums and joint work to enhance their development. You will supervise a Senior Occupational Therapist who will assist with this project and provide direct support to trusted assessors. You will report to the Principal / Lead Occupational Therapist and receive regular supervision and guidance.
This role involves working closely with the local authority.
Pay rate: £36 ltd per hour (£32.24 PAYE inclusive of holiday pay)
We also offer a £150 sign-up bonus for any new nurses that register with our agency. This will be paid in your first pay packet.
We also have a £250 referral fee bonus for any nurse you refer who we place in to work on a 3-month contract.
