### Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced social worker to join our team at Charles Hunter Associates. As a Senior Social Worker, you will play a key role in completing assessments to consider the needs of children and young people and the risks they are likely to experience.

### Key Responsibilities

* Conduct thorough assessments to identify the needs of children and young people
* Develop and implement support plans to ensure the well-being of children and young people
* Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the child's needs
* Provide training and development opportunities to ensure the team has the right resources

### Ideal Candidate

* Post-qualifying experience in child protection, children in need, safeguarding, looked after children, or referral and assessment
* Strong understanding of the needs of children and young people
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
