Social Work Position
Ackerman Pierce Ltd is seeking an experienced Social Worker to fill a key role within our social care team. This exciting opportunity involves working as an Integrated Pathways Social Worker in a locality setting, focusing on safeguarding vulnerable adults and promoting their quality of life.

The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our current team, providing training opportunities, and offering potential progression for exceptional performers. Initial contracts are 3-6 months, with potential extensions subject to internal circumstances and performance.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of relevant legislation, the ability to work effectively with complex cases, and excellent communication skills. They will also be expected to liaise with other professionals, hold complex cases, and conduct initial safeguarding enquiries.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with 1-2 years of post-qualifying experience as an Integrated Pathways Social Worker in the UK Social Care industry. They must also possess HCPC Registration, Enhanced DBS/CRB clearance, and eligibility to work in the UK. The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
