Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychologist or Therapeutic Practitioner to join our team in the South Midlands. As a key member of our clinical services, you will play a vital role in supporting young people and their families through targeted psychological interventions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and deliver therapeutic interventions for young people and families.
- Provide culturally informed, individual and group therapy sessions.
- Develop risk management plans and act as a key worker in care plan reviews and Team Around the Child (TAC) meetings.
- Work within a psychologically informed framework to support the clinical service's operations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, referrers, and local agencies to ensure effective care planning and service delivery.
- Ensure services are accessible and responsive to the needs of diverse communities.
- Postgraduate qualification in Psychology (Clinical, Forensic, Applied, etc.) or a related therapeutic discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years in therapeutic services, particularly in Health and Social Care, with experience in working with children and young people.
- A valid driving license is essential.
