Salary Information
£12.25 - £12.40 per hour (pro-rata), estimated annual salary £25,088 - £26,304 per annum.
Job Description Summary
We are seeking an experienced Retail Department Supervisor to lead our team in Abingdon and drive sales growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing a team of retail staff, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
* Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives
* Analyze sales data and identify opportunities to improve sales and customer engagement
Requirements:
* 1+ years of retail experience and a proven track record of success
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
